Top 25 European Office 365 Influencers for 2015 Announced

This year’s initiative expands on the global Top 25 Office 365 influencers announced at Microsoft Ignite in May, and is a continuation of the long-running Top 25 European SharePoint influencer initiative from years past. Of this year’s winners, 52 percent are SharePoint MVPs, specialists, consultants or leads, followed by 20 percent who are Office 365 MVPs. The remaining winners make up a diverse group consisting of CEOs, CTOs, solution professionals, technical evangelists, directors and more. 92 percent of this year’s influencers were previously recognized as top SharePoint influencers in past initiatives demonstrating the diversification and expansion of their expertise and leadership with Office 365 in an increasingly cloud-focused ecosystem.

The 2015 Top 25 European Office 365 influencers list is comprised of experts from 12 different countries, with 18 countries represented in the nomination and voting process. In previous initiatives the UK was the dominant force with the most influencers in the Top 25, but this year Germany takes the top spot (5), followed closely by the UK (4). The remaining influencers hail from the Netherlands (3), Belgium (2), Spain (2), Sweden (2), Switzerland (2) and one each from Austria, Hungary, Italy, Norway and Slovenia.
