harmon.ie Email version 5.6 (Outlook) is now available!
We are proud to announce the general availability of harmon.ie Email version 5.6 (for Outlook). Here is the main highlight of this release:
Support for Outlook Rules!
Your favorite SharePoint locations, namely: document libraries, document sets and folders can now be included in Outlook rules or even become drop folders.
Simply mark a favorite to connect it to an Outlook folder...
...a sub-folder under the harmon.ie Outlook folder is created...
...and, harmon.ie will upload emails in this folder to SharePoint, or you can use it as a drop-folder for email messages.
Administrators can provision favorites and specify the sub-folder name, harmon.ie will automatically create those Outlook sub-folders and connect them to the appropriate favorite.
